Thermal Stores The thermal store enables a system to combine multiple heat sources in one store:- solar, wood buring stoves with back boilers, pellet boilers, oil boilers, gas boilers, and electrical immersion heaters. Model

The Thermal Store incorporates. a highly effective heat exchanger to maximise the energy collected by the solar panels. The solar heated water in the thermal store flows through the boiler thus reducing the amount of fuel used for heating the hot water. These Thermal stores are open vented systems and are therefore inherently safe. It is not subject to Building Control Regulation G3 - thus simplifiying system maintenance enormously for landlords or homeowners. There is no requirement for controls such as pressure and temperature relief valves or expansion vessels. Being a thermal store, it is possible to incorporate multiple energy inputs from sources such as a range boiler, wood burning, pellet stove, gas boilers, oil boilers, and immersion heaters. The energy produced can then be used in the heating system in addition to providing domestic hot water. Benefits of having a Thermal Store - Mains pressure hot water
- Simple and Robust
- No complicated controls
- Central heating- radiators, underfloor heating.
- Multiple heat source combinations of: solar, wood logs, wood pellet, oil, gas, electricity.
